Transport by Van

Prices:

• Loading and transporting stage equipment by van in Tallinn: 2 * €20 (i.e. before and after the event forward-backward, 24h).
• Loading and transporting stage equipment by van outside Tallinn: 0.5 €/km.
• Parking fees are added in paid areas: €1.5 per hour in the center of Tallinn, €4.8 per hour in the heart of the city, €6 per hour in the old town.
• Unscheduled waiting time: €15 an hour. (Please arrive at the agreed time and end the event at the agreed time).

• The vehicle number can be found in the transmitted offer.
• You can apply for a temporary entry permit for loading cargo into the Old Town (~30 min) HERE.
• From July 1, 2025, the ability to stop a vehicle on the sidewalk to load cargo will disappear!
• If we can't get near the site with a van and can't park for the duration of the work, the service will be more expensive due to an extra worker and extra time.
